Tell us the date
Send an inquiry with your date, where you are and roughly how many people. No commitment at this point.
We put a list together
We'll come back within one working day with what's available and a clear price — delivery included, nothing hidden.
We deliver and set up
Usually the day before. We bring everything in, set it up where you want it and make sure it works.
We come and get it
The day after, at a time that suits you. Nothing to clean, nothing to pack up.
The practical answers
How far ahead should I book?
For a summer Saturday, three to six months. For most other things a few weeks is plenty. If it's short notice, ask anyway — we often have something free.
What if something gets broken?
Things break at parties. A small breakage allowance is built into every order, and beyond that we charge the replacement cost, not a penalty.
Do you deliver?
Yes — we bring everything to you and pick it up afterwards. Tell us where you are when you inquire and we'll confirm we can reach you, and what delivery costs.
Can we pick it up ourselves?
Favor bags, yes — they travel easily. The machines are heavy and need setting up properly, so we'd rather bring those ourselves.
