How it works
Four steps, and we do most of them. You mainly have to decide what goes inside the machines.
Tell us the date
Send an inquiry with your date, where you are and roughly how many people. No commitment at this point.
We put a list together
We'll come back within one working day with what's available and a clear price. Delivery and collection are included.
We drop it off
Usually the day before. Machines we bring in and set up, and we don't leave until they're working. Bundles arrive in their basket for you to lay out however you like.
We come and get it
The day after, at a time that suits you. Pack a bundle back into its basket — there's a card inside showing how — and leave the washing to us.
The practical answers
How far ahead should I book?
For a summer Saturday, three to six months. For most other things a few weeks is plenty. If it's short notice, ask anyway — we often have something free.
What if something gets broken?
Things break at parties. A small breakage allowance is built into every order, and beyond that we charge the replacement cost, not a penalty.
Do you deliver?
Yes, and it's included. We bring everything to you and collect it afterwards, anywhere in Montgomery and Bucks Counties. If you're further out, ask anyway — we'll usually say yes and tell you what it would cost.
Do we need to wash anything?
No. Scrape or rinse off the worst of it, pack everything back into the basket, and the real washing is ours to do. A card inside shows what goes where, so nothing has to be worked out at the end of a long day.
Do you set it all out for us?
Machines, yes — we bring them in and set them up. A bundle is yours to arrange, which is rather the point: you put it out the way you want it, on your own table, at your own pace.
