Privacy

We keep this simple: we collect what we need to answer your inquiry, and we count visits so we know which pages are useful. Nothing else.

When you send an inquiry

The form asks for your name, email address, where your event is, and what you're planning. Phone number, date, occasion, guest count and which pieces you're interested in are all optional.

We use it to reply to you and to work out whether we can cover your date and your location. Your details are kept in our own records, in a spreadsheet we use to keep track of bookings, and a copy arrives in our email. We keep inquiries so we can look back at past bookings — if you'd rather we deleted yours, just ask and we will.

We don't sell your details, share them for advertising, or add you to a mailing list. You'll only hear from us about the event you asked about.

When you visit the site

We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people read. It sets a cookie in your browser and tells Google things like roughly where in the world you are, what kind of device you're using, and which pages you looked at. We see totals and trends, not individual people.

If you'd rather not be counted, Google offers a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics everywhere, and most browsers let you block cookies.

What we don't do

No advertising trackers, no social media pixels, no chat widgets, no fingerprinting. The lettering on this site is served from our own website rather than a font company, so visiting doesn't quietly tell anyone else you were here.

Children

Our machines turn up at a lot of children's parties, but this website is meant for the grown-up doing the booking. We don't knowingly collect anything from children.

Asking us about your details

You're welcome to ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@radishpartyrentals.com and we'll sort it out.

Changes

If we start doing something new with your details, we'll update this page. Last updated September 2026.
